Condominium inspections often do not include WDI report and radon testing, but those services can be added if needed. 

Charcoal canisters (includes two measurement devices - the duplicate is for an extra layer of quality control). 

Re-inspections are rather limited, since sometimes I can only note whether the item appears to have been repaired.  I may or may not be able to evaluate the quality of the repairs. If a seller is going to do repairs before closing, your BEST protection is to request invoices from licensed contractors (ESPECIALLY repairs involving electrical, plumbing, and HVAC). Notify the seller of this before agreeing to let them handle the repairs. 

 A list of items to be re-inspected must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Each item will simply be marked "appears to be repaired", "not repaired", or "improper modification".
